Download and installation instructions:

1. Click on the link above to download the Property Analyser Software. (compressed .zip file)

2. Click "save file" and choose the folder or area you would like the file to be downloaded to on your computer. Click "Save."

3. Once the download is complete, double click the "propertyevaluator.zip" file to open it, double click on the "Setup.exe" file and follow the installation instructions. (please be patient during the download, the file is 720Kb)

FAQ for Free Software

Periodically we receive questions about the free software that we post to our customer service discussion board.

Because we are continually updating the various resources on our web site, the free resources will not always be available or work 100% on every users computer. The reason we can offer stuff for free is because it does not come with any customer support. If it did, then we would have to charge and it would not be free. We would however, like to hear about any suggestions or problems that you encounter so that we can update or modify things to work more smoothly in the future.

Here are a couple questions we have received in the past:

Q. I can not write in market value window.

A. The market value window is a calculated field + does not accept input.

Q. I have a MAC and the software doesnt seem to work.

A. Unfortunately, we do not use MACs but based on the feedback from MAC users, the software does not seem to be supported in a MAC environment although we have had MAC users who were able to use the software through "Virtual PC"
