I haven’t received the product I ordered. How can I track whether it has been shipped?  

If you would like to make sure that a product that you ordered has been shipped and how far it currently is away, please contact support@mentorfinancialgroup.com. We usually ship within 24 hours and it may take as long as five to seven days to reach you.

I am interested in receiving the "How to Create Multiple Streams of Income" book by Peter Conti. How do I go about getting a copy?

The hardbound book may be ordered online in our Products catalog section. The book is also available in most bookstores.   You can also download the eBook for Free! 

Do you offer any free products?  Where can I find them?

I bought a product from one of the speakers at a recent event. I have questions and would like to reach the speaker’s office.

I purchased one of your courses. After listening to some of the CDs/DVDs, I have found that one didn’t play or had poor sound quality. I would like to return/exchange it. How do I go about that?

There are times during reproduction that some of the CDs/DVDs do not record properly. A few suggestions to try to determine if  the product is defective:

• Try playing it on a CD player (tabletop vs. computer)

• Try launching the CD player software first, then play the CD from there

• If possible, try on a different machine

• Make sure you are playing the CD in a CD player and not in a DVD player

If you are still unable to play the CD or DVD after trying these suggestions, please contact Client Services at 1-800-952-9585.

I would like to return a product. What is the procedure?
